Sponsored Challenge

Each year, during the summer term and usually as part of our Healthy Week, we hold sponsored activities based on a sport or fitness challenge. During this year’s Healthy Week, we will be holding our PACT (Parents and Children Together) sessions. Mrs Drysdale is busy putting the finishing touches to these and details will be released soon. As a result, we have moved our sponsored activity to the beginning of the summer term.

 

Last year, our ‘Colour Run,’ ‘Scoot N Dash’ and ‘Taff Trail Ramble’ raised over £1500 and helped fund new play equipment and yard markings. This year we have teamed up with Powershot who will be hosting a sponsored fun day for all classes in the school on Wednesday 26^th April.

 

Further details are being sent home along with a Powershot sponsorship form. As usual, children have been reminded of safe sponsor collection in an assembly. All forms and money should be returned to school by the morning of the event.
