Red Nose Day 2017

A huge thank you for all your support on Friday as we celebrated Red Nose Day by raising funds for Comic Relief. Children and staff came to school dressed in 'Red Nose Day' inspired non uniform and took part in class activities raising awareness of some of the issues this important charity supports. In addition, the whole school learned the official Red Nose Day 17 song 'Stick a nose on it' and performed a great version of it in our celebration assembly. Children were also encouraged to take part in the Comic Relief Bake Sale and we had many donations of red nosed cakes for sale at the end of the day. It was a fun day and we raised over £220 in the process!
