Summer Fair Update

Following a second open meeting for those interested in arranging a summer fair, we now have three parents forming a committee with five more that have volunteered to help on the day. It is not too late to get involved and we’ll be holding another planning meeting on Monday 4^th July at 5pm in the staff room. We’d love to see you there as we really do need the extra help.

 

If you are unable to get involved you may still be able to help in one of the following ways:

 

• We need donations for the summer raffle – do you know of a business or individual that may be able to help?
• We have planned a craft fair – there are a few tables left if you know of anyone that would be interested in selling their goods/promoting their business on the day?
• We are looking for donations of wine for the wine and water stall.
• We are trying to locate some stocks and a coconut shy to borrow for the day.
• We have a performance space and are looking to fill the afternoon with a programme of performance, music and demonstrations. There will be no charge for this. Do you know of anyone that may be interested?
• Anyone with a free afternoon to help us set up?
