As
you know, before very long our year 6 class will be leaving us for all the
exciting challenges ahead at Hawthorn High School (amongst others). Each year
at Ffynnon Taf the Year 6 are given a stylish send off celebration in the form
of their choice.
Every
class that passes through the school is different and each has its own
distinctive personality. With this in mind, we would like to set up a 'party
planning' committee made up of current year 6 parents. The role of this
committee would be to take the ideas and suggestions from the children,
plan, organise and help run the leaving event for this summer.
I have arranged for the staff room to be made available on Wednesday 15th
June at 3.15pm for an initial meeting to be held. If you would like to get
involved and be part of this process (or even just to help out at the event) we’d
be pleased to see you there!
