Unfortunately, due to the building works at the school not being completed on time, the school hall and kitchen will be out of use for the first week (Tuesday 5th - Friday 8th September) and as a result, a hot meal provision will not be available. RCT Catering Services and our kitchen staff will be providing a packed lunch service for all those pupils that would usually choose to order a hot school meal (including those in receipt of free school meals). Obviously, parents can provide their own packed lunch if they would prefer. Orders should be placed for packed lunches in exactly the same way that school dinners are ordered - by sending in dinner money marked with the child's name and days you wish a lunch to be provided.
While this is not ideal in any way, with the hall floor being completely replaced, it is the only way we can guarantee we are able to open in time for the first day of term. Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to seeing you all next week (we will get there!)
