The run up to Christmas was an extremely busy but enjoyable period (as it always is) so we are looking forward to getting back into routine and moving the learning forward. Lots of exciting topics and activities are being planned to perk up the cold, dark weeks ahead and we'll be bringing you a full set of dates for your diary shortly.
For those that were unable to attend the home-school learning workshops last term - we understood that many were unable to attend due to work - we will be holding a 'mop up' evening presentation later in the term. We will also be running a series of hwb/twitter workshops to explore ways that home tasks can be 'handed in!'
Finally, we are now in a position to get the new parent council up and running and hope to have our first meeting before half term. In next week's staff meeting we'll be planning our class assemblies and topic trips for the rest of the year. Once again, these details will be passed on to you as soon as we have them.
