St David's Day Fun at Ffynnon Taf

As St David's Day was on a Sunday this year, we decided to hold a day of celebrations on Friday. All children and staff came to school dressed in Welsh themed clothes - we had a huge array of traditional Welsh ladies and gents, dragons, daffodils, leeks and of course the Welsh rugby kit! The children spent the morning taking part in a rotation of art and craft activities, hoping to win a prize in one of the afternoon's many art competitions (but more of that later).
