Congratulations to the Ffynnon Taf rugby team that represented the school so skilfully in the annual Future Blues Tag rugby festival. It was a wonderful experience to play on the famous Arms Park ground. Both Callum and Jack have represented the Pontypidd schools U11's this season while the other boys have been loyal to Mr Brown's after school rugby club since last September. It was fantastic to see such excellent passing and support skills with countless tries run in by the boys. In all the team played 8 matches and won 6, lost 1 and drew 1. Mr Brown was particularly pleased and proud because our team was made up of boys from year 3, 4, 5 and 6! Top try scorers were Cian with 9, Jack with 8, Callum with 5 closely followed by Malachi and Marly. Well done to all the boys mentioned as well as Mika, Owain, Travis, Charlie and Dafydd who also represented the school on the day. Let's hope one of the boys plays for Wales one day!
