Summer Diary Dates

Summer is alledgedly upon us and this half term's newsletter is being prepared as I write. However, to keep you up to date, these are the dates that have been planned for the summer term so far:

•Thursday 11th April – Dosbarth Coala & Cangarw Cardiff Bay Trip

•Tuesday 16th April – IMAGE Theatre in school for afternoon performance

•Wednesday 17th - Friday 19th April - Year 5 and Year 6 to Brecon for residential visit

•Monday 22nd April and Tuesday 23rd April - Parent Consultations

•Wednesday 24th April - Year 6 Parents Hawthorn High Curriculum evening at Ffynnon Taf

•Thursday 25th April - Dosbarth Cangarw Class Assembly (9.15am)

•Thursday 2nd May– Cornerstones Curriculum Evening 5pm (Details to follow)

•Monday 27th - Friday 31st May - Half Term Holiday

•Monday 17th June - School Closed for staff training in London

•Wednesday 26th June - New Nursery Parents Meeting (9.15am)

•Friday 5th July- Sports Day (First attempt!)

•Tuesday 9th July - Year 6 to Hawthorn High (Curriculum Taster Day)

•Friday 12th July - Year 6 to Hawthorn High (Pastoral Activity Day)

•Saturday 13th July - Summer Fair (Details to follow)

•Thursday 18th July - Year 6 Leavers Assembly (9.15am)

•Thursday 18th July - Year 6 Evening Leavers Event (6pm)

•Friday 19th July- Last day of Summer Term

•Monday 22nd July - School closed for staff training

•Coming Soon: -  PACT events (maths outdoors!) and Healthy Week Sponsored activities...dates to be announced soon.

We will be sending out information for the events above closer to their respective dates. The 'We Love Ffynnon Taf' Fundraising Association' are currently scheduling some additional events for the term and details of these will also be released shortly.
