What a fantastic St David's Day we've had today! The children spent all morning swapping classes and mixing groups to take part in a variety of Welsh themed creative activities and games. These included Limerick writing, Welsh flag weaving, love spoon designing and making, Cawl cooking, pinning the tail on the dragon and constructing daffodils! Teachers spent their lunchtime judging the childrens creative work ready to add to the poetry competition in the afternoon Eisteddfod. Further details of the Eisteddfod itself will follow shortly but for now here are some pictures of the morning session...
