The summer holidays are almost over (in fact for staff they ended yesterday) and school is on course to re-open on Thursday for the start of the autumn term. As predicted, it has been an extremely busy 6 weeks with major work being undertaken in almost every part of our school. The remodeling of the main school building is almost complete but the rewire of the early years building and the erection of the shelter and trim trail continue throughout the beginning of this week. With this in mind, I hope you can bear with us for the next fortnight as we restore the school to its usual bright, cheerful state. I have added some photographs below to show some of this work in progress and give you a taste of things to come.
I hope you have all had a great summer break and enjoyed lots of good quality family time. We are all looking forward to seeing the children again on Thursday!
