Unfortunately, due to the low numbers of parents indicating an interest in the Big Writing/Talk open morning, we will be postponing until the summer term.
I have spoken to several parents who have expressed their disappointment at not being able to attend due to work commitments and am aware that many more will be in the same position. The original decision was made to hold this event during an actual Big Writing session to give first hand opportunities to see the children at work. We are now looking into ways we can arrange a similar event after school hours and still involve the children.
I will write to you again at the start of the summer term with a new date and details.
