These will be sent out to you shortly by pupil post. Please can you complete and return them to your child's classteacher by Friday 17th September at the latest. It is extremely important that we have up to date Contact and Emergency Contact numbers for you. If your details change during the school year please inform Mrs James or myself as soon as possible.
