Harvest Festival 2016

We will be celebrating Harvest Festival on Thursday 20th October 2016, and once again we would ask you to send in your gifts for the harvest. This year Fynnon Taf Primary School will be supporting Pontypridd Food Bank.

The Food Bank is a project set up to help spread good news to the community through helping to provide for those in need in a very practical manner. They aim to provide clients with three days of food to help them get through the crisis they find themselves in.

So that we donate essential items which will help, could we please ask for donations of the following goods only and please ask you to ensure that all goods are in date:

• breakfast cereals
• soup
• rice
• pasta sauce
• tinned meat
• tinned vegetables
• tinned fruit
• tea or coffee
• sugar
• biscuits
• snacks
• long life fruit juice
  These will be arranged at our Harvest display during the assembly which this year will be led by Dosbarth Llew. Please can all donations be sent in by Wednesday 19^th October. We hope you will agree that this is a very worthwhile cause, helping people in our local community.
