We said a fond farewell to our Year 6 leavers this morning as they departed for pastures new. With more than a little help from their Year 5 classmates, they put on a spectacular assembly showcasing their many and varied talents. From karate to rapping; singing to gymnastics; and dance to drama, this amazing class showed what they were made of. The assembly did not dwell on the past but instead celebrated their achievements and looked forward to an exciting future. It's just this attitude that will be missed when this cohort of wonderful children leave. Their future secondary schools are lucky to have them - long may they shine!
