Summer Fair 2016

Our first ever 'after school' summer fair took place last week and was really well attended. Amongst the highlights were trampolines, bouncy castles, fairground rides, a water assault course, stalls, games and a tasty BBQ!


Even without a 'formal' PTA, the support from volunteer parents and staff was excellent and a lot of hard work behind the scenes ensured we did not miss out on this annual event. A huge thank you to all those that planned and helped out on the day as well as those that supported us through their attendance. Even though it was scaled back, we still raised over £1000 with more to come from cake sales and the postponed 'soak a teacher' event (this was supposed to be part of the fair but will now take place on the last Monday of term - details to follow).


In September, we will be extending an invitation to those parents who feel they'd like to form the core group of a new PTA - watch this space! Here are just a couple of pictures from the afternoon...
