Year 6 in Llangrannog

Year 6 have just returned from an amazing three days in Llangrannog with Hawthorn High staff and pupils from our cluster schools, Hawthorn, Coedpenmaen and Parc Lewis Primaries. The children (and staff) had a fantastic time taking part in a huge array of activities that included skiing, horseriding, walking, go-carting, trampolining, quad-biking, climbing and many many more.

The transition trip gave the children a great opportunity to make new friends in preparation for the big move to High School in September. The pupils from all four schools were amazing - both in terms of their behaviour and their enthusiasm and determination to take part in everything. What a fantastic cohort Year 7 will be in September. A huge thanks to Hawthorn High for arranging along with the staff from all schools and the centre itself for making it such a memorable trip!!
