London Trip

As promised, here are the pictures from our London trip.

Last week, children from Dosbarth Llew and Dosbarth Rhino Gwyn set off before 7am for a full day of learning and fun in the Capital. First stop was the Imperial War Museum, where children had the chance to explore the amazing exhibits and take part in a museum led lesson based on 'Families in wartime.' It was a great experience and certainly got the children asking some amazing questions ready for the continuation of their World War Two topic after half term.

Next up, we made the short journey over to County Hall and took part in the London Eye 4D experience. Everyone loved this and it ramped up the excitement before we took a flight on the London Eye itself. Even those worried about heights were amazed at the great views and a wonderful time was had by all. Even the 5 hour journey home through Friday night traffic did not spoil the day. The children as always were an absolute credit to the school, their parents and most of all, themselves. Enjoy the photos (more of which are available on our twitter feed - @ffynnontafpri)…
