This week we bid a fond farewell to Mrs Pontin, our HLTA as she leaves to pursue a new career. Mrs Pontin has worked in the school for 18 years and in that time has supported teachers, taught reading intervention groups, covered PPA sessions, created amazing artwork and most recently, managed our Read, Write Inc. programme throughout the school.
She has been such a positive influence on the learning journeys of so many of our children and I know she will be greatly missed by children and staff alike. We wish her well as she takes up a new position in a veterinary practice next week... Good luck Mrs P!
