Yesterday our Year 5 and 6 children in Dosbarth Llew were lucky enough to take part in an all day music workshop as part of WOMEX 2013 (World Music expo) which has recently been hosted in Cardiff. The children learnt about different genres of music from around the world and had many opportunities to compose and perform their own songs. It was an absolutely wonderful opportunity and a fantastic day was had by all involved. A huge thank you to Ty Cerdd Education who arranged and facilitated the workshop - check out just a few snippets of the day below.
