How are we developing this year?

As you are probably aware, each year we take part in self evaluation activities that enable us to look at our strengths as a school as well as our areas for development. These activities include analysing data but more importantly talking to our children, looking at their work, observing each others' lessons and of course, asking you for your feedback and opinions. 

This information is used to plan development and training for the future. Each year we put together a school development plan that outlines our main goals for the coming year. This is traditionally something that would sit in the headteacher's office but at Ffynnon Taf we feel that it is increasingly important that all members of the school community are fully involved and informed of the direction that school is taking to continuously improve.
