Healthy Week Sponsored Challenges 2012

A huge well done to everyone at school for completing their sponsored challenges successfully on Friday; what a great end to Healthy Week! Dosbarth Teigr and Ellifant completed a tiring Taff Trail Ramble during the morning and staff were very impressed with the stamina on display. During the afternoon session, Dosbarth Cangarw, Dosbarth Coala and Year 3 children from Dosbarth Rhino Gwyn completed an alternative route along the Taff Trail. Again, the children were a credit to the school and made their teachers very proud. Meanwhile, Years 4 - 6 conquered the mighty Pen-Y-Fan in a climb that took most of the day. Everyone made it to the top without complaint and were rewarded with their lunch and what have to be some of the best views in Wales!

A huge thank you to all the parents (and dogs!) that turned for all the above activities to give us a helping hand; it wouldn't have been possible without you! You have helped us raise an incredible £1300 (so far!). I have posted some photos of the climb below and will add the Taff Trail Ramble pictures on Monday morning. Many thanks for all your support!
