Reverend Sue visits school

We had a visit from Reverend Sue today and she had us all thinking about sharing and helping each other in preparation for next week's Harvest service. The children were given the challenge of trying to eat maltesers with a spoon attached to a long stick. They soon worked out that the only way it was possible was to help each other by feeding one another rather than themselves.

We learnt all about less fortunate people in the world that need our help as they don't have enough food. The best help we can give is not to send them food but to help give them the tools to grow and produce their own. Our harvest charity, Farm Africa, works at doing just that!

A big thank you once again to Reverend Sue O'Hare for giving up her time to talk to the chldren.
