Harvest Assembly

We held a very enjoyable Harvest Assembly this morning. Many thanks to the children who took part and a big 'Thank You' to parents for sending in contributions to our harvest table as well as donations to the 'Farm Africa' charity. We have distributed parcels of food to Senior Citizens in the village and have collected over .

Each class performed a small piece about the meaning of harvest. Dosbarth Teigr and Dosbarth Eliffant joined forces to sing a song about tractors while Dosbarth Cangarw presented their 'Autumn Basket' poems. Dosbarth Rhino Gwyn performed a 'Harvest Alphabet' song they composed themselves while Dosbarth Llew played around with the letters in 'HARVEST' to explain the meaning of the celebration.

It was a great way to end this half term. Just a quick reminder that half term is next week! Have a great holiday and see you all back in November for the busy run up to Christmas!
